Scoob & I Dog Training and Digital Dog School (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites, complete a quiz or form, interact with our advertisements, purchase products or services, book an appointment, or otherwise communicate with us.
This policy applies to scoobandi.com, digitaldogschool.com, and forms, checkout pages, scheduling pages, communities, and other digital experiences we operate or link to from those websites.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing and transaction information, appointment information, messages, quiz and survey responses, and information about your dog, training goals, behavior history, or safety concerns that you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
We and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, video interactions, referring source, dates and times of visits, cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar usage information.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from advertising platforms, social networks, analytics providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, and customer-management platforms when permitted by their policies and your settings.

If you affirmatively opt in to text messages, we may send automated texts about your quiz or inquiry, training resources, appointments, customer service, programs, and offers described at the point of consent. Mobile information and consent: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that help us deliver messages, but they may use it only to provide services to us. Text-message opt-in consent is not transferred to third parties.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, attribution, security, and advertising. Providers may include Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Clarity, TikTok, and similar services. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Our commercial services and lead-generation forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can address it.
10. International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you access our services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.
