Private Dog Training Consults
Work with Joel — and find out what kind of help actually makes sense for your dog.
For owners dealing with serious behavioral challenges, reactivity, aggression, or cases that may need private training, board and train, or other hands-on support. Book a free call to find out what makes the most sense.
No pressure. No weird sales script. Just a real conversation about your dog and what makes sense next.
Real dogs. Real behavior change. Real life getting easier.
A lot of owners who book this call are dealing with situations that already feel heavy — guests cannot come over, walks feel impossible, tension is building at home, or nothing they have tried has really matched the problem. This is where clarity starts.
Watch the story, then decide if this feels like the kind of support you've been looking for.
What happens on the consult
This is a 30–45 minute conversation about what's going on with your dog, what you've already tried, and what kind of support actually makes sense.
You do not need to know what program you need before you book. That is the point of the call. Joel will help you make sense of the behavior, the level of support it likely requires, and the smartest next step from here.
Private 1-on-1 programs start at $945. Some dogs need that level of support. Others are a better fit for The Playbook, Digital Dog School, virtual coaching, or another path entirely. If there is a better fit than private training, we will tell you honestly.
- Share what's been going on and what worries you most
- Get clear on what your dog likely needs and why
- Leave knowing the best next step, even if it is not the highest-support option
Every case is different. Some dogs need a few sessions. Others need a more intensive plan.
If that feels like more support than you need right now, Digital Dog School or The Playbook may be a better fit — and both are great places to start.
No pressure. No hard sell. Just clarity about what is happening and what to do next.
